One of the areas that I always end up instructing clients in is that of Business Branding and in developing and communicating a core Value Proposition to the end user market place. With that said – as I look to continue to increase the amount of work that I conduct within the London Business Scene I am working on developing and positioning the Stephen C Campbell brand accordingly. I gave a lecture at Westminster Library late last year and that lead to various siginificant business opportunties.

As I continue to act as a Management Consultant working with companies from various industry sectors looking to devise and craft out go to market strategies. It is sometimes interesting to note some of the differences that I encounter when dealing with businesses that are based in London versus those who are [of course] not. I am based in the South West of the United Kingdom and travel to London for business often. London being at the centre of the economy of the United Kingdom and in fact dominating the world when it comes to certain markets – brings with it certain challenges.
For sure – whether you are operating you enterprise in London, New York or Tokyo you will need to ensure that you are operating according to a structured marketing and business plan. You Brand will of course be carefully defined and the message that you want to portray to the marketplace at large will be communicated through those marketing channels that you know your end user clients await. Very simple to state I know but quite another thing to actually do.

As every small business operating in the bustling economy of London from time to time needs outside help. It seems that it is difficult at time to find a professional management consultant able to go into a business and to help to cut through the clutter and to develop the plans and strategies that are necessary to help take the business to the next level.
There are various skills that are needed for this to happen including background depth of experience as well as an excellent academic record. Although based in the South West of the United Kingdom I have been conducting business in London for the past years and the variety and diversity of businesses make it a rewarding experience.
