You can create the kind of life you want by developing the law of attraction by using your subconscious mind which plays a dramatic role in everybody’s life. The secret lies in knowing how to successfully use the laws of attraction to create the life you want. The inner thoughts, emotions and mental programming of the mind is so set that you tend to attract similar experiences time and again whether they are successful or negative thus affecting all aspects of your life like your health, wealth, relationships and more. You tend to attract similar situations and experiences, and if you want to break that pattern, you need to know a few simple techniques to make these laws of attraction work for you.

It mostly happens that we tend to repel the things we desire most in our lives and attract the things we do not want. This happens due to our energy levels and we can obtain. We tend to attract people with similar levels of energy and feel uncomfortable around people with energy levels much higher or lower than ours. People with higher energy levels tend to uplift the atmosphere and people with lower energy levels can leave us feeling drained and tired. All of this is tied into how we use and program our subconscious minds. For more information this topic see http://www.usingyoursubconsciousmind.com/. In order to understand the process of setting personal goals, it is necessary to have a clear picture of the functioning of the mind. It can be thought of comprising of two parts- the conscious and the subconscious mind. The responsibility of the conscious mind is to be aware of the current situations and it is the sub conscious mind that keeps all information regarding all other things.

It is in the subconscious mind that the personality of the person, the feelings, habits and thoughts are stored. The conscious-mind can be controlled. However, it takes a lot of effort and determination to reprogram and direct the subconscious mind. In order to control it, smart personal goal should be set and there are some guidelines that are helpful in controlling the subconscious mind.

An important guideline of an effective goal-setting is that the goals should be set smartly. This means that the goals should be

  • specific
  • measurable
  • attainable
  • rewarding
  • timely.

If one neglects any one of the goals, they are bound to fail as the main force that drives one towards goals or holds one back, is the sub conscious mind. These set goals should be set in the subconscious mind and it should accept these goals. They are necessary criteria for the sub conscious mind.

When dealing with the basics of goal setting it is indeed critical to make sure that the correct and strong foundation is set and that we ask ourselves how does the subconscious mind work and how can we understand it and get to grips with its workings in order to determine the direction of our lives.

Everybody wants more, we all want more as it is a natural human instinct to want to grow, improve, explore and to expand. Unfortunately unleashing mind power is only exercised by the minority of the population as the majority choose to follow the status quo and without goal setting being an integral part of their lives.

In order to start the reprogramming of your subconscious mind and to determine the direction of our lives it is recommended that you start by writing down in hand all the desired outcomes for your life. Do not question yourself how it will come about because at the outset all you need to know is what you want. When we consider how does the subconscious mind work ? we could make the parallel question how does my car work ? when all we need to know is to keep it filled with petrol and oil and the essentials.

The same with the subconscious mind, just be clear what you want – write it down, revisit it everyday and this will start the process along with the law of attraction for you to create the life which you desire.

Using Our Subconscious Minds

The law of attraction states that the people and circumstances which appear in our lives are all in part a results of our dominant thoughts which are responsible for our actions as our subconscious mind is responsible for our habits which we carry out from day to day and it is those habits, those habits such as whether we exercise regularly or not, the type of food we eat. Whether we sacrifice time in the evenings to study for that extra qualification so we can become more valuable as employees and therefore get that promotion we desire; the place we go on a regular basis will ultimately determine the type of people we meet.

This is very important point as the programming of the subconscious mind which comes from various factors including the books we read, the movies we watch and of course our peer group and the types of people with whom we associate with and spend our time. The reason why this is so important is because there is normally a levelling effect amongst peer groups in terms of what people talk about, their earning capacity and their attitudes to goal setting and determining the direction of their lives.

The power of subconscious mind positive thoughts is critical as it is positive thinking and positive thoughts which craft and shape the direction of our lives, this is because out dominant thought work to actually program our subconscious mind and makes us into the people we are today.

The subconscious mind is that part of us that is constantly at work, it regulates the digestion of our food, the gushing of blood around our veins but not enough of us say how does the subconscious mind work ? as understanding this will take us a long way towards getting to grips with the law of attraction as we begin unleashing mind power into our lives.

There are various movies and publications which are very popular today and people are in fact hearing more and more about the subconscious mind as it relates to the outcomes we see in our lives do let’s consider the power of subconscious mind positive thoughts as we continually wish for various outcomes in our lives.

As we sleep our subconscious mind continues to work as it is our servant working for us twenty four hours a day, we know that when we consider some of the discoveries of quantum physics that everything in essence is energy at the basic core and that energy is constantly in a state of flux; or energy is always moving from one state to another and can never be stagnant.

This is where we come to consider the law of attraction as it applies to goal setting and the outcomes we desire in our lives; if in essence we are energy then this means that we are in a states of flux also and moving from one state to another. This is where our subconscious mind comes into play along with the power of subconscious mind positive thoughts as it is our thoughts which is responsible for how we actually conduct our lives in line with the law of attraction.

Time Changes :  Travel westward, if you will, where the time changes. You go to bed saying to yourself that you will awaken at in the morning. You are traveling by sleeper on a fast express. You go to bed by Eastern Time, and while crossing the land enter the belt of Central Time, which is an hour slower; yet you awaken at literally five o’clock–not four o’clock, the absolute hour which would have been five for you had you remained in the Eastern belt; but the actual five o’clock of the new region, which is the Eastern six o’clock. Marvelous are the understandings and workings of the subconscious mind!

Upon giving this illustration in my campaigns, I have often been asked with some perplexity how is it that, if the subconscious mind is the omniscient and divine part of man, this sensitive medium may take up wrong suggestions, such as fear, worry, doubt, sorrow, fright, lack, limitation or poverty. The answer is very simple. All life is orderly and scientific, and works according to certain rules and regulations of nature. The same omniscient spirit which is within man is also within the acorn and the tree. The principle of life is God-Power. The God-Power in the acorn makes the oak; in you, it makes the man.

Alarm Clock : The Subconscious is the most wonderful thing in the human mind, and perhaps in all the world we know; for it is the omnipotent part of man. A single illustration will suffice to show this transcendent quality.

Did you ever go to bed at night desiring to awaken at a certain hour in the morning! The time may be altogether different from your usual arising hour, but is it not a fact that whatever it is, you generally awaken exactly on the dot. It may be two o’clock, three o’clock, four o’clock, five o’clock, six o’clock, or any other o’clock; but in nine cases out of ten you open your eyes on time.

This involves an operation of the omniscient part of man. The subconscious mind knows everything though, of course, it must be properly directed. If you wish to awaken at five o’clock in the morning, and are not used to rising at that hour, your conscious mind gives a strong suggestion which the subconscious takes up, and as a result you actually do emerge from sleep at the right moment, though without visible or external cause. Notice the omniscient (all-knowing) part of this again. You do not have to take out your watch and say ”eight hours from now will be five o’clock Standard Time–I shall get up at five o’clock.” No, it doesn’t make any difference whether it is two hours or five hours, whether it is eight minutes or 800 minutes. At the appointed time you will awaken. Just pause a moment and see what this means. You awaken at the appointed time, and there you are.

Using our Subconsious minds to achieve our Goals is essential for creating the lives of our dreams, more information at http://www.UsingYourSubconsciousMind.Com/

I am often asked why I spend so much time teaching people about the Subconscious mind as well as focussing on Neuroscience as an integral part of the Self Development programs which I produce and lecture on.

This can of course be a very deep and technical subject and I intend to write a few posts on this subject. Our Subconscious Minds works day and night, 24 hours a day and is our obedient servant. It is now estimated that Our Subconscious is responsible for over 95% of how we act, walk, talk and percieve the world in which we live. To grasp this, just consider the gallons of blood which is now gushing throughout your veins and; the food which is being digested. All these so called automatic functions are being taken care of by your your Subconscious.

Thoughts of fear, lack, poverty, failure will be acted upon the Our Subconscious as thoughts of desire, abundance and achievement will. Our Subconscious takes instructions from our Conscious and so if we are constantly engaged in negative conversations, surround ourselves with ‘enery vampires’,  people who moan and complain constantly then we end up acting upon the impulses which we give to ourselves.

In relation to Goal Setting our job is to pass to Our Subconscious  mind the exact picture of what we want to Be, Do and Have in our lives. Take a blank piece of paper and write our your Goals and Desires for say the Relationship and Financial areas of your life, write at least ten specific desires for each. Read them at least once a day, I recommend before you go to bed and upon rising.

Do this EVERYDAY for at least one week and see what difference it makes to your thoughts and actions, and let me know how you get on.

Remember if you cannot find time to stop and sit down and write out your Goals and Desires then I challenge you as to how serious you are about predicting your future by creating it. In closing I’d like to leave you with this oh so simple yet so deep statement (of which we will go into another time) of Ella Wheeler Wilcoxas she touches on Our Subconscious and the laws of the universe/Quantum Physics.

“You never can tell what a thought will do
In bringing you hate or love-
For thoughts are things, and their airy wings
Are swifter than carrier doves.
They follow the law of the universe-
Each thing creates its kind,
And they speed O’er the track to bring you back
Whatever went out from your mind.”

Yes, we become what we think about. Be careful what you feed your mind, turn of the television, listen to uplifting lectures, read books which take your life to the next level and make the effort to associate yourself with those people who can help you.

Comments alwyas welcome.
